Lionheart Solutions

Lionheart Solutions offers consulting and design services to companies. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Product Design and Small and Medium Businesses, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Lionheart Solutions is based in Cold Spring Harbor, New York. More on lionheartsolutions.com.
