Zyguyz

Zyguyz is a technology and IT engineering, project management, and process engineering firm that provides services. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Consulting, Project Management, Software Engineering and Web Design, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Zyguyz is based in St. Petersburg, Florida. Their site is zyguyz.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
