Zunesis

Zunesis is an IT Solutions provider in enterprise infrastructure, microsoft solutions, edge computing, networking and on-premise solutions. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Data Storage, Virtualization and Wireless. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Zunesis is based in Englewood, Colorado. You can read more at zunesis.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
