Zucker Associates

Zucker Associates provides software engineering, ERP, IT, CRM and software development services. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list CRM, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Software Engineering, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Zucker Associates is based in Framingham, Massachusetts. You can read more at pzuckerassociates.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Zucker Associates, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
