ZTI Solutions

ZTI Solutions Llc. delivers consulting and staffing in network, cloud, and security for federal, DoD, and commercial clients. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, IT Infrastructure and Staffing Agency. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

ZTI Solutions is based in Edinburg, Virginia. Their site is ztisolutions.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with ZTI Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
