Zita

Zita is an AI-based company offering solutions to streamline and enhance the recruitment process. In practice that means posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

It makes the most sense for recruiters and hiring managers. They also list Recruiting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Zita is based in Pleasanton, California. Their site is zita.ai.
