Zibiz

Zibiz is an IT company that provides data management, networking, maintenance, and training services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Data Management and Network Hardware. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Zibiz is based in Ronkonkoma, New York. Their site is zibiz.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Zibiz, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
