ZHMICRO Software

ZHMICRO Software is a software and consulting service provider company. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Technical Support. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

ZHMICRO Software is based in Plano, Texas. More on zhmicro.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with ZHMICRO Software, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
