Zeurix

Zeurix is an IT company that provides application development and cloud computing services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Cloud Computing and Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Zeurix is based in Leesburg, Virginia. More on zeurix.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Zeurix, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
