Zeroin Software

Zeroin Software is a business consulting firm that specializes in software development, test automation, and cloud computing services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing and Database. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Zeroin Software is based in Concord, California. You can read more at zeroinsoftware.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Zeroin Software well, your review carries weight here.
