ZeroDown Software

ZeroDown Software provides ultra-high availability solutions, digital transformation, in-flight transactions, and data protection services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Business Development and Cloud Data Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

ZeroDown Software is based in Greenwood Village, Colorado. You can read more at zerodownsoftware.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know ZeroDown Software well, your review carries weight here.
