Zeplay

ZEPLAY offers an Instant Replay System for live sports production with features like 4x4 playback and Background Export. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Software Engineering and Sports, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Zeplay is based in Bloomington, Minnesota. More on zeplay.tv.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
