Zenlayer

Zenlayer operates as a software-defined network and services provider. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing, ISP, Optical Communication and Telecommunications. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Zenlayer is based in Diamond Bar, California. You can read more at zenlayer.com.
