ZenBase

ZenBase provides the tools for non-technical users to create powerful online database apps quickly through its simple user interface. The job it does: storing and querying application data reliably.

It makes the most sense for developers and data teams. They also list Cloud Data Services and Database, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

ZenBase is based in Oakland, California. More on getzenbase.com.

Things worth asking about: managed options, backups, and scaling costs. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
