ZCorum

Zcorum develops next generation tools for broadband internet service providers. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Telecommunications, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

ZCorum is based in Alpharetta, Georgia and around since 1995. Their site is zcorum.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with ZCorum, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
