ZapThinkTank

ZapThinkTank is an SOA focused industry analyst firm. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Architecture, Cloud Computing and Information Services. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

ZapThinkTank is based in Mclean, Virginia and founded in 2000. More on zapthink.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with ZapThinkTank, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
