ZapCom Group

Zapcom is a global product engineering company that designs & develops custom software solutions. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Information Services. They are a mid-sized team, 201 to 500 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

ZapCom Group is based in Dublin, California and founded in 2014. Their site is zapcom.ai.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with ZapCom Group, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
