Zacoustic

Zacoustic is an IT firm that offers SaaS, data management and data analytics services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Analytics, Data Management and Database. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Zacoustic is based in Austin, Texas and around since 2010. You can read more at zacoustic.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Zacoustic, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
