Z7 Solutions

Z7 Solutions offers IT services such as cyber security, cloud management and automation, data center virtualization, and a modern workforce. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Cloud Computing and IT Infrastructure. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Z7 Solutions is based in Orlando, Florida and around since 2012. Their site is z7solutions.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
