Yurbuds

Yurbuds develops a type of sport earphones that are custom fit for athletes, runners and music lovers. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Audio, Hardware, Music and Sports, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Yurbuds is based in Saint Louis, Missouri. More on yurbuds.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Yurbuds well, your review carries weight here.
