YouTeam (YC W18)

YouTeam is a new, smarter way to outsource. Your single point of access to 500+ vetted agencies, 50,000+ contractors. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Freelance, Human Resources, Recruiting and Software Engineering, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
