YourEncore

YourEncore is a network of retired and veteran scientists and engineers providing their clients with proven experience to help accelerate. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Compliance, Consulting and Management Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

YourEncore is based in Indianapolis, Indiana and around since 2003. You can read more at yourencore.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
