YCN Group offers software, consulting, risk management, audit quality assurance, and training services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.
