yardz

Yardz is an online construction rental management software completely independent within the equipment rental industry. The job it does: bids, schedules, documents and field reports for building projects.

Who is it for? Mostly contractors and builders. Related areas on their profile: Asset Management, Construction and Rental. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

yardz is based in Alpharetta, Georgia and around since 2018. Their site is yardz.com.

Before you commit, look at mobile use on site, document control, and cost tracking. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
