Yadle

Yadle collects, analyzes, and augments file data to improve searching and provide valuable insights. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Yadle is based in San Ramon, California. Their site is yadle.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
