Xumulus

Xumulus is to provide consulting services specializing in Oracle enterprise, open source web, Magento e-Commerce, and Google Apps. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting and E-Commerce. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Xumulus is based in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Their site is xumulus.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Xumulus well, your review carries weight here.
