XSAP Business Solutions

XSAP Business Solutions offers SAP implementation, cloud migration, data security, software development, and managed IT solutions. The job it does: handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

Who is it for? Mostly IT departments. They also list Cloud Management, Data Integration and IT Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized product team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

XSAP Business Solutions is based in Orlando, Florida. Their site is xsapbs.com.

Before you commit, look at self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with XSAP Business Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
