Xona

Xona is launching a LEO satellite network bringing real-time, centimeter-level certainty to any device, anywhere on Earth.. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Aerospace, GPS, Information Services, Navigation and Satellite Communication. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Xona is based in Burlingame, California. Their site is xonaspace.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Xona well, your review carries weight here.
