XL Development

XL Development is a small independent software firm that offers consulting services and develops modest freeware Windows apps. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.

The natural audience is businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list Windows, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

XL Development is based in Poway, California. More on xldevelopment.net.
