Xiph.Org

Xiph.Org Foundation is a non-profit organization that produces free multimedia formats and software tools. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Open Source, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Xiph.Org is based in Somerville, Massachusetts and around since 1994. More on xiph.org.
