Xilinx is a technology company that develops flexible and adaptive processing platforms. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Electronic Design Automation (EDA), Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), Hardware, Semiconductor and Wireless, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a large company team themselves (1,001 to 5,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.
