Xenegrade

Xenegrade is an IT company which provides Software Integration, Application Training & Customization Design and Development Services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Education and Information Services. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Xenegrade is based in Bradenton, Florida and around since 1991. More on xenegrade.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Xenegrade, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
