XclusivePC & IT

Xclusive PC & IT is a company that deals with virtualization, cloud computing, email archiving, and data backup management. The job it does: handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

Who is it for? Mostly IT departments. They also list Cloud Computing, Data Integration, IT Management and Virtualization, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

XclusivePC & IT is based in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey and founded in 2006. More on xclusivepc.net.

Things worth asking about: self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
