XcelPros

XcelPros is a Consulting and Technology Services Company specializung in end-to-end solutions for industry-leading ERP and BI applications. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Business Intelligence, Consulting and Software Engineering. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

XcelPros is based in Warrenville, Illinois. You can read more at xcelpros.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
