Xcell

XCell is a digital agency that bridges the gap between design and engineering to elevate its customers' performance. The job it does: designing and building websites and web apps.

The natural audience is companies that need a site that works and ranks. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, Content Creators, Creative Agency, Graphic Design and Product Design. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Xcell is based in Baltimore, Maryland and around since 2007. Their site is xcell.co.

Things worth asking about: portfolio, CMS choice, and who maintains it afterwards. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Xcell well, your review carries weight here.
