XCast Labs is an advanced VoIP Unified Communications ("UC") provider that has developed a comprehensive suite of software and hardware. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Hardware, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.
