XACCT Technologies

XaCCT Technologies provides Network Service Providers with a comprehensive multi-source metering and mediation solution. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Communications Infrastructure and Telecommunications, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

XACCT Technologies is based in Santa Clara, California. More on xacct.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know XACCT Technologies well, your review carries weight here.
