Worldwide ERC

Worldwide ERC® is the workforce mobility association for professionals who oversee, manage, or support workforce mobility. Put simply, it is about keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

The natural audience is HR teams and growing companies. Alongside the main category they mention Association, Communities and Human Resources. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Worldwide ERC is based in Arlington, Virginia and around since 1964. You can read more at worldwideerc.org.

Things worth asking about: payroll integration, onboarding workflows, and self-service. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Worldwide ERC, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
