WorkTorch

WorkTorch is a career discovery platform for the service economy. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Career Planning, Human Resources, Recruiting and Staffing Agency. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

WorkTorch is based in Wichita, Kansas and founded in 2020. You can read more at worktorch.io.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know WorkTorch well, your review carries weight here.
