Working Bits Consulting

Working Bits Consulting is a provider of professional computer consulting, maintenance and repair services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Working Bits Consulting is based in Phoenix, Arizona. More on workingbitsconsulting.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Working Bits Consulting well, your review carries weight here.
