Workgroup Connections

Workgroup Connections provides application development and integration, systems consulting, e-learning, and learning and training services. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Ediscovery and Predictive Analytics. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Workgroup Connections is based in St Louis, Missouri. More on wgcinc.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Workgroup Connections well, your review carries weight here.
