Workflow Prodigy

Here is Workflow Prodigy in plain terms. Construction project management software for Architects, Engineer, and Construction professionals. Put simply, it is about leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

It makes the most sense for property managers and landlords. Alongside the main category they mention Building Material and Real Estate. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Workflow Prodigy is based in New York, New York. Their site is workflowprodigy.com.

Before you commit, look at online payments, screening, and accounting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
