Wordle

Wordle is an application allowing its users to generate "word clouds" from a provided text. The job it does: building shareable charts and KPI boards.

Who is it for? Mostly teams that report to someone. Related areas on their profile: Data Visualization. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Wordle is based in Prior Lake, Minnesota. You can read more at wordle.net.

Our checklist for this category: live data refresh, embedding, and sharing permissions. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Wordle, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
