WM Synergy

WM Synergy is an IT company that provides ERP software, support, and services to manufacturing and distribution companies. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Customer Service and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

WM Synergy is based in Houston, Texas. More on wm-synergy.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
