Wise Men Consultants

Wise Men Consultants is an information technology company providing IT consulting and staffing services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a large company team themselves (501 to 1,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

Wise Men Consultants is based in Houston, Texas and founded in 1997. More on wisemen.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
