WisdomTree.ai

WisdomTree.ai is a software developing firm that provides AI powered customer success solutions for industries such as cloud servicing. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Cloud Computing, IaaS and Sales, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

WisdomTree.ai is based in Bellevue, Washington. More on wisdomtree.ai.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
