Wirfs-Brock Associates

Wirfs-Brock Assoc. offers consulting services in software design, specializing in Responsibility-Driven Design (RDD). In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Wirfs-Brock Associates is based in Sherwood, Oregon. Their site is wirfs-brock.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Wirfs-Brock Associates, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
