Wired direct

Wired direct is an IT firm that renders managed IT, network security, data migration, consulting and cloud management services. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Related areas on their profile: Cloud Computing, Data Integration, IT Management and Network Security. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Wired direct is based in Incline Village, Nevada and around since 1999. Their site is wireddirect.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
