Wingware

Wingware's integrated development environment is designed specifically for Python. Put simply, it is about designing and building websites and web apps.

It makes the most sense for companies that need a site that works and ranks. They also list Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Wingware is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts and around since 1999. You can read more at wingware.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio, CMS choice, and who maintains it afterwards. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Wingware well, your review carries weight here.
