Wingman Software

Wingman Software is a software development firm that provides training and coaching on Agile development techniques for embedded software. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, Education and Training. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Wingman Software is based in Bonita Springs, Florida. Their site is wingman-sw.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
